3. Digital Products (WordPress Themes)

A. Theme Licensing

All WordPress themes sold on Affiliate24 are “child themes” for the Kadence theme. The Kadence theme is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). As such, any parts of our Products that are derivative works of WordPress or Kadence are also licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

This means you are free to use our themes on as many websites as you like, for personal or commercial projects, and you may modify them as you wish.

B. Product Delivery

After your purchase has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with a download link for your purchased Product. You can also access your downloads from your account area on the Site (if applicable).

C. Updates

Our Products are designed to work with the Kadence theme. Updates for the core framework are provided by Kadence. We may, from time to time, issue updates to our child themes to ensure compatibility or add features.

4. Payments

All payments for Products are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not collect or store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our payment processors.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, we do not offer any refunds.

Once a Product has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” All sales are final. We encourage you to review our theme demos and features before making a purchase. If you have any pre-sale questions, please contact us.

6. Affiliate Program

We operate an affiliate program. All participants must adhere to the terms outlined in the Affiliate Program signup page. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time for any breach of these terms, including but not limited to spamming, misrepresentation, or any unethical marketing practices. Commission payouts are made according to the schedule and terms described in the affiliate dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and blog posts (excluding user-generated content like comments), is the exclusive property of Affiliate24 and is protected by copyright law.

Our brand, “Affiliate24,” and our logos are trademarks belonging to us and may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content (Comments)

If you leave comments on our Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any comments we deem inappropriate or spammy.
